Caroline: I wanted to report back to you re the service and repair by Exit; Giuseppe’s handling and Exit’s work could not be described as anything short of absolutely outstanding ….exceptional to the highest level !!
I want to repeat that, at my age of 61, I have never before experienced such outstanding performance, commitment and accountability for a product as that provided to me in this case by Exit Engineering. He should truly be commended and I ask you to freely pass on a copy of my message to any of your senior level contacts in Exit Engineering so that his response is appropriately recognized.
Since we have had the unit in use, we have had many examinations/inquiries about the unit and many unsolicited complements extended by other owners of all size vessels as they passed by our boat related to our passerelle…more compliments than in respect to anything else about Sea Mist. Now that I have had this experience with Giuseppe, I can have no hesitation in adding the service experience in addition to the high product satisfaction that we have with the unit.
